BBQ Chicken
Nothing says summer like cooking chicken on the grill!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
3 lb Chicken, cut up
1 Tsp Hot sauce
1/3 C Vinegar - cider
1/2 C Brown Sugar - light
1/4 C Molasses
3 Tb Dijon Mustard
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 C Ketchup
1 Tb Vegetable Oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Heat grill to medium. In a pan over medium heat, simmer hot sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, mustard, garlic, and ketchup. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, until reduced to 1 1/4 cups. Toss chicken with oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken on oiled grates. Cover, cooking until chicken is 165 degrees, turning frequently, 10 to 15 minutes. Uncover grill, and baste chicken with sauce, continuing to cook 3 to 4 more minutes. Serve topped with remaining sauce.
