Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray and lay chicken breasts in it. Season with salt, pepper
and paprika. Place artichokes around the chicken.
In a saucepan put the flour and slowly stir in the broth. Cook over medium heat until thickened about 5 minutes. Add the sherry, rosemary and
continue to cook for 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken and bake covered for one hour or until chicken is done.
