Instructions
Combine flour and seasonings in plastic bag. Add chicken breasts, one at a time, shaking to coat. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add
chicken; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn, add onion and garlic. Continue 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is crisp and tender. Add tomatoes and green pepper. Cook uncovered, about 8 minutes
until chicken is no longer pink inside and sauce thickened, turn chicken after 4 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice or noodles.
