Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook for 10 minutes or until done and lightly browned. Cut chicken into chunks, set aside.
Prepare the broccoli according to package directions, leaving out any salt. Drain and put on the bottom
of a 2 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle broccoli with salt and pepper. Cover the broccoli with the cooked chicken.
Combine the flour and milk in a saucepan and
cook over medium heat, stir until thickened. Add the cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat, add the pimientos and season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over the chicken, evenly
and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake fro 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve.
