Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a shallow dish, combine the flour and 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the mixture and
turn to coat totally and evenly.
Whisk together the eggs and water in a separate shallow dish. In a third dish or plastic bag, combine the Parmesan, oats, garlic seasoning, add the remaining 1/4
tsp each of the salt and pepper.
Dip the flour coated chicken into the eggs, then into the Parmesan mixture turn until well coated.
Coat a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray
with cooking spray. Put the chicken on the prepared sheet and spray tops with cooking spray and bake until crust is golden brown and chicken is cooked through. About 25 minutes. While chicken is cooking,
whisk together the remaining ingredients to make the dip. Serve the chicken with the dip on the side.
