Lowfat Crockpot BBQ Chili
Choose you favorite BBQ sauce; anyone will make this recipe tasty!

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken breast - skinless ground
1 Onion - large, chopped
1 C Pepper - red bell, seeded and chopped
1 C Carrots - shredded
1 Can Baked Beans - 15 oz fat free
1/3 C BBQ sauce
1/3 C Tomato paste
3 Tb Chili powder
1 Tsp Marjoram - dried
3/4 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp Allspice - ground
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 C Water


Instructions

In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, cooking until it is almost cooked through, stirring often to break apart, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a 6 quart slow cooker, and add onion, bell pepper, carrots, beans, bbq sauce, tomato paste, chili powder, marjoram, garlic powder, allspice, pepper, and water. Mix well. Cover cooking on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high, until the vegetables are tender.
