Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high, add the pork, cooking until it browns, about 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer to a 6 quart slow
cooker. To the skillet, add onions over low heat. Cook, scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the pan, until the onions are softened, about 3 minutes. Add onions to the crockpot, along with celery,
parsnips, potatoes, cider, broth, seasoning, and salt. Cover cooking on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours, until pork and vegetables are tender. Twenty minutes before the cooking time is up, stir
apples into the slow cooker. Cover, cooking until the apples are tender, about 15 minutes.
