Instructions
In a 6 quart slow cooker, add beans, carrots, onion, celery, garlic, seasoning, and thyme. Pour the broth and water over. Add the chops, pushing
into eh liquid until covered. Cover, cooking on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high. About 40 minutes before the cooking time is up, remove pork chops and set aside. Over medium-high heat, heat a
large skillet and add tenderloin and sausage. Cook until browned, about 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and their juice. Add salt, stirring with a spoon to break up tomatoes. Add sausage
mixture to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high until tenderloin is cooked through, about 30 minutes. Remove bones from chops and discard. Cut into bite-sized pieces, and return it to the slow cooker.
Cover, letting stand until the pork is reheated through, about 5 minutes. Serve.
