Grilled Halibut with Caper Tartar
In a modern twist on tartar sauce this halibut is served topped with an olive oil and caper tartar sauce. It's fast and delicious,

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 lb Halibut
1/2 ea Shallot, minced
1 1/2 Tb Lemon juice
1/4 C Cornichons (or dill pickles), diced
1 1/2 Tb Capers, rinsed
1/4 C Flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/4 Tsp Paprika - sweet
1/4 C Olive oil, divided
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat a grill to medium high heat. Brush halibut with 1 TB oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Grill the halibut until done, turning halfway - about 6 minutes. Spoon sauce over halibut and serve.
