Healthy Hawaiian Snapper
Served with a tropical salsa, this light and healthy fish is delicious.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Snapper fillets
1 Tb Lemon juice - fresh
1 1/2 Tsp Ginger - minced
1/4 C Bell pepper - red, minced
1/3 C Crushed pineapple
1/2 Tsp Jalapeņo pepper, minced
2 Tsp Cilantro, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat a skillet over medium high heat until hot. Season snapper with lemon, salt and pepper. Cook fish about 2 minutes each side or until done. Combine remaining ingredients , spoon over fish and serve.
