Healthy Herb Baked Halibut
Light and healthy, this baked halibut takes just 15 minutes to cook and is really delicious.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Halibut steaks
1/8 C Chicken stock
1 Tb Lemon juice - fresh
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic - minced
1 Tb Capers, drained
1 Tb Parsley - fresh, chopped
1/2 Tb Tarragon
1/2 Tb Chives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 450. Put fish flat in a small baking dish and top with remaining ingredients. Bake 15 minutes or until done.
