Healthy Salmon With Black Beans

Instructions
Preheat broiler and ovenproof skillet on high 5 inches from heat. In a skillet over medium high heat cook onion, pepper and garlic in 1 TB of the
stock until softened. Add beans, broth and chili and simmer 10 minutes. Broil salmon 3 to 4 minutes or until done. Whisk together avocado, cilantro, lemon, oil, salt and pepper. Toss with greens, top with
salmon and pumpkin seeds.
