Healthy Steamed Halibut with Bok Choy

Instructions
In a pot over medium high heat with a steamer basket insert, layer onions, bok choy, mushrooms and halibut. Steam 3 - 5 minutes. Meanwhile whisk
together remaining ingredients. Serve halibut atop the vegetables topped with the sauce.
