Healthy Steamed Halibut with Bok Choy
Light and healthy this recipe is a delicious way to enjoy bok choy.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Halibut steaks
1/3 C Onion, sliced
1 ea Bok choy, chopped
1 C Shitake mushrooms, sliced
2 ea Green onions, sliced
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic - minced
1 1/2 Tb Lemon juice - fresh
1/2 Tb Soy sauce
1/2 Tb Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

In a pot over medium high heat with a steamer basket insert, layer onions, bok choy, mushrooms and halibut. Steam 3 - 5 minutes. Meanwhile whisk together remaining ingredients. Serve halibut atop the vegetables topped with the sauce.
