Lowfat Crockpot Kiddie Chili
This is a perfect dish for kids, as it is not spicy! It's actually a little sweet, and your little sweeties will love it!

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Can Tomatoes - crushed in puree
1 C Onion - large Spanish, chopped
1 C Carrots - shredded
1/4 C Brown sugar - dark, packed
1 pkg Taco seasoning - 1.25 oz reduced sodium
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 C Corn kernels - frozen
1/4 C Corn chips, crushed for garnish


Instructions

Add browned beef to a 6 quart slow cooker, along with tomatoes, onion, carrots, brown sugar, taco seasoning, and cinnamon; mix well. Press mixture into an even layer on the bottom of the pot; place corn on top, leaving a 1/2 inch border from the edge of the cooker. Cover, cooking on low 8 to 10 hours, or 4 to 5 hours on high, until vegetables are tender. Garnish with corn chips and serve.
