Instructions
Heat broiler; rub salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon on a baking sheet, sprinkle the top of the fillets with 1 teaspoon chili powder.
Arrange zucchini around salmon sprinkling with remaining chili powder, and season with salt and pepper. Broil fish until opaque throughout and zucchini is tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Heat oil in a large
skillet over high heat. Add corn and garlic, cooking until corn is tender and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes, tossing. Remove from heat. Stir in scallions and salsa. Season with salt and pepper.
Place fillets on a plate. Serve with zucchini and corn sautee. Garnish with lime wedges.
