Crock Pot Cheeseburger Meatloaf
A family favorite!

Serves 8

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 lb Ground beef
1 C Salsa
2 ea Eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 C Cheddar cheese - grated


Instructions

Line the crockpot with a double layer of foil high enough to help lift out the meatloaf and short enough to let the lid close tightly. Combine other ingredients and press into crockpot. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
