Crock Pot Meatloaf
Make any leftovers into meatloaf sandwiches the next day. Mmmm.

Serves 8

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 1/2 lb Ground beef
3/4 C BBQ sauce
1 ea Egg, beaten
1 C Crackers, crushed
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
3/4 C Onion, chopped
1/4 C Water


Instructions

Put a double layer of foil in the bottom and up the sides of the crock pot. In a bowl combine all ingredients and press into the pot. Make sure you have enough foil to lift the meatloaf out after cooking, and that the lid still closes tightly. Cook on low 10 hours.
