Line crock pot with aluminum foil, and make sure that there is enough foil at the top, to use as handles to pull meatloaf out, after it is done
cooking. In a bowl combine all the ingredients together, except only use 1/4 cup of the ketchup. Stir ingredients to combine well. Transfer to crock pot. Use your hands to form a loaf.
Spread the
remaining ketchup on the top of the loaf. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 6 slices.
