Baked Ziti
You can add Italian sausage or any meat that your family likes to turn this vegetarian dish into a meat dish.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large deep casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare the pasta according to package directions and
drain well. Return it to the pot and toss with pasta sauce. Add cottage cheese, mozzarella and chosen vegetables or meat. Spread mixture into casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered
for 20 minutes. Serve.
