Apple and Rosemary Pork Chops
Sweet and savory and ooohhh so good!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 Tsp Olive oil
4 ea Pork loin chops - boneless
Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 C Chunky Applesauce
1/2 C Chicken broth- regular or fat free, less sodium
1/4 C Dark raisins
1 Tb Rosemary - fresh, chopped
1 Tsp Ground Cumin


Instructions

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Season chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Put them in hot skillet to sear until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Add to the skillet the applesauce, broth, raisins, rosemary and cumin and bring to a simmer. Simmer until pork is cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve the chops with the sauce over top.
