Pan Seared Pork Chops
A French ten minute classic.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Pork chops - 1/2 inch thick
2 Tb Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

Heat butter in a skillet until smoking. Add chops and cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Delicious served with sautéed potatoes or caramelized onions.
