Pesto Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops
Lovely and flavorful!

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Pork chops
2 Tb Pesto
1/4 C Breadcrumbs - Italian
1/4 C Fontina cheese - grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tb Olive oil


Instructions

Combine pesto, breadcrumbs and cheese. Cut a slice in the side of the pork chops most of the way, but not all the way through. Stuff each pork chop with half the stuffing mixture. Heat olive oil in a Sauté pan and cook pork about 6 - 8 minutes per side covered or until done.
