Honey Dijon Shrimp
You can change this up and use chicken or Halibut, and it will all taste great!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1/4 C Dijon Mustard
2 Tb Honey
2 Tb Soy Sauce
1 Tb Olive oil
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined


Instructions

In a small bowl mix together the mustard, honey, soy sauce, oil and pepper. Put shrimp and sauce in a plastic resealable bag; marinate in the refrigerator up to 2 hours, if time allows. When ready to cook, cook the shrimp and sauce in a large skillet for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat until shrimp turn pink and opaque. Serve the shrimp and sauce over rice.
