Lime Garlic Shrimp
Great and easy!

Serves 6

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tb Lime juice, about 1/2 lime
1 Tb Garlic, minced
1 Tsp Kosher salt
1 Tb Oilive oil
1/4 C Cilanto - fresh, chopped
Sour cream, for serving


Instructions

Combine shrimp. lime juice, garlic and salt in a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes. In a non stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. With a slotted spoon remove shrimp from the bowl and save the marinade. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to turn pink.. Add marinade to skillet and cook for 2 more minutes until they are cooked through. Toss with cilantro. Serve with a dallop of sour cream.
