Shrimp in BBQ Sauce
This can be on the table 10 minutes after you have the shrimp peeled. That's a quick meal!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 Tb Butter - unsalted
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ea Lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

Over high heat, melt butter in a large skillet. When it is melted, add shrimp and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the sauce is glossy and thick, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. The shrimp should be uniformly pink. If you see the sauce starting to dry out, add a tablespoon or two of water. When the shrimp are done, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in lemon juice. Serve over bread or rice.
