Shrimp Seviche
This is a simple no-cook recipe.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 1/2 lb Shrimp - large, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 Tb Bell pepper - red yellow and green, peeled and minced
1/2 Tsp Lemon zest, minced
1 1/2 Tsp Orange juice - fresh
1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice - fresh
1 Tb Cilantro, minced for garnish
Cayenne, or to taste
Salt


Instructions

Toss all ingredients, but cilantro. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Taste, adjusting seasoning if necessary. Serve, garnished with cilantro.
