Broccoli Soup
This creamy soup will warm you on a cool autumn night!

Instructions
In a large saucepan, over medium-low heat, add olive oil and saute` onion, 5 minutes. Add nutmeg, cook 30 seconds. Stir in broth, 1 1/2 cups water
, oats, and broccoli. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender, 5 - 10 minutes. Puree the soup in batches; return the soup to pot. Serve.
