Taco Soup
So warm and yummy!

Serves 6

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 lb Ground sirloin.
2 Can Tomatoes diced with green chiles mild - 10 oz
1 Can Chopped Green chiles, drained - 4 oz
1 Can Black Beans - 15 oz, drained and rinsed
1 Can Kidney Beans - 15 oz, drained and rinsed
1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix 1.25 oz
1/2 pkg Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
2 C Water
2 C Frozen corn


Instructions

In a large pot, cook beef until done about 5 minutes. Drain any extra grease. Add the tomatoes, green chiles, beans, taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix, water and corn. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Eat when ready.

If freezing, cool to room temperature and transfer to freezer safe container. Label and freeze up to 4 months.. When ready to eat, remove from freezer to defrost. Reheat over low until heated through and serve.
