Udon Noodle Soup

Instructions
In a large pot, boil the water to cook the noodles. When they go into the water bring broth and water to a low boil in another pan and add the
rest of the ingredients except the spinach to boil. Cook the noodles for 5 minute or until they are al dente. Drain them and add them to the soup. Add the spinach and stir to combine. Serve hot.
