Beet Salad
This slightly spicy salad is the perfect side to any meal!

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil, honey, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cayenne. In a food processor, shred beets, then carrots. Add to
bowl. Add parsley. Toss and serve.
