Crispy Black Bean Rolled Tacos
Tis is a super flavorful fast and easy dish and one of member Shelley's fall favorites.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400. In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine both beans, spices and garlic. Cook 5 minutes until bubbly and mash with a
potato masher or pan blender. Top each tortilla with 2 heaping Tbs of bean mixture, cheese, onions and tomatoes . Roll up and place in a baking dish. Bake about 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve with
salsa and sour cream.
