Instructions
Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 tsp of the salt and 1/8 tsp of the pepper. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and add chicken. Cook over medium high
heat, turning occasionally until browned about 2 minutes per side.
Put chicken into crock pot. In a bowl combine the artichokes, olives, dates, brown sugar, vinegar, chicken seasoning and the rest
of the salt and pepper, stir to mix. Pour over chicken in crock pot. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low, until chicken is fork tender.
