Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and saute the celery, carrots, and sweet potatoes for 10 minutes, until
tender. Add the flour and stir to coat vegetables. Slowly add broth and milk, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and stir until thickened. Add the chicken and peas.
Put mixture
into a 9 X 9 X 2 pan that has been prepared with cooking spray. Lay the crescent rolls on top, sealing the sides.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
