Instructions
The night before, brown ground turkey. When you are ready to assemble slow cooker: Bring a small saucepan, filled halfway with water, to a boil.
Add garlic, and reduce heat to a simmer for 2 minutes. Drain. Transfer the garlic to a 6 quart slow cooker. Add the ground turkey, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chili powder, sugar,
Worcestershire sauce, and cloves to the slow cooker. Cover, cooking for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high, until vegetables are tender. Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
