Vegetarian Chili
Quick, easy and delicious.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Onion, chopped
1 Tb Garlic - minced
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tb Olive oil
1 Tb Chipotles in adobo sauce, chopped
1 ea Red bell pepper, chopped
1 Can Kidney beans, drained
1 Can Lentils, undrained
1 Can Tomatoes - 15 oz


Instructions

In a large pot over medium high heat, cook the onions, red pepper and garlic in oil until soft - about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 10 minutes and serve.
