Instructions
Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 salt; heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cooking until browned, turning occasionally,
about 10 minutes.
When you are ready to start the crockpot: add chicken to a 6 quart slow cooker. In a skillet, add onion, pepper, celery, and garlic, cooking until veggies soften, about 3
minutes, stirring frequently. Add to the slow cooker, along with tomatoes, wine, seasoning, crushed red pepper, and remaining salt. Mix well. Cover, cooking for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on
high. When cooking time is up, stir in parsley and serve.
