BLTs
Serve with potato chips and a green salad for a complete and easy meal.

Serves 6

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 pkg Bacon or Turkey Bacon
3 ea Tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 ea Head of iceberg lettuce
16 slices wheat bread
Mayonnaise


Instructions

Prepare bacon in skillet until all is cooked. Put aside. Slice the tomatoes and seperate enough lettuce for the sandwiches. Use the rest of the lettuce for the side salad. Toast the bread and spread mayonnaise on one side of sandwhich to taste. Put sandwiches together by layering bacon, lettuce and tomato. Slice each sandwich diagnolly and insert a toothpick into each half, if desired.
