NO Bake Chicken Parmesan
Quick and easy version!

Serves 6

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 1/2 lb Chicken Breasts - boneless skinless
2 ea Eggs, beaten
1/2 C Bread Crumbs
1 Tb Olive Oil
1 1/2 C Red pasta sauce
1 MOzzarella Cheese, shredded or more to taste


Instructions

Pound chicken breasts with a mallet to make them the same thickness.

Put bread crumbs and eggs in two seperate shallow dishes. Dip breasts in the egg and then the crumbs and set them aside on a plate.

In a large skillet heat the oil and saute the breasts untll they are lightly browned and almost fully cooked, about 4 minutes per side. Using a spoon spread a lot of sauce over the breasts, followed by a layer of cheese.

Cover the pan and turn heat down to medium and saute the breasts until they are cooked entirely and the cheese is melted, about 5 more minutes.
