Smoked Salmon Sandwiches
Quick and easy.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
4 ea Pita Pockets, bagels, or sandwich rolls
Cream cheese to taste
2 Tsp Fresh or dried dill
4 Tsp Capers
8 Oz Sliced smoked salmon


Instructions

Warm the pitas in teh microwave oven for about 30 seconds on high power to soften them. With a bread knife, slice the bread choice. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the inside of each peice of bread. Top each one with about 1/2 teaspoon of the dill, 1 teaspoon of the capers, and a layer of smoked salmon. Press the top half of the pita on top of the salmon and slice each sandwich in half crosswise for serving. Wrap them tightly in foil for a picnic.
