Split Pea and Pasta Soup
Quick and easy.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Bacon slices, cut into small pieces
1/2 C Celery, chopped
1/2 C Onion, chopped
2 Can Condensed Split Pea Soup - 11.5 oz each
2 C Chicken broth - reduced sodium
1 C Water
1 C Spaghetti - cooked, broken into 3 inch pieces


Instructions

In a pot cook bacon slices for 3 minutes. Stir continually. Add the celery and onion and saute until tender about 5 minutes. Add the soup, broth and water. Cook until well heated and bubbly over medium heat. Add cookked pasta.

Eat when ready, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
