Healthy Seared Halibut Salad
This light and healthy dish is really quick and delicious.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Halibut steaks or fillets - 6 oz ea
3 C Salad dressing
2 Tsp Garlic - minced
1 1/2 Tb Sage - fresh, chopped
1/4 C Lemon juice - fresh
Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium high heat until hot and add halibut. Season halibut with 1 Tb lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook about 6 minutes or until done turning about halfway through the cooking time. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients. Serve halibut atop salad.
