Oven Fried Snapper
Easy and delicious!

Serves 6

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 lb Red snapper
1/2 C Olive oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 C Parmesan cheese - grated
1 C Breadcrumbs - dry
1/4 Tsp Garlic - minced


Instructions

Rinse fish in cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Cut fish into 6 equal size servings. Combine oil, salt, and garlic in oblong baking dish. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place fish in mixture. Let marinate 5 minutes; turn and marinate 5 more minutes. Remove fish from marinade. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together. Coat fish with mixture and place on well greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
