Snappy Halibut Skillet
Quick and Easy!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 1/2 lb Firm fish, such as halibut, red snapper or seabass
1 ea Medium onion, sliced
1 Tsp Garlic - minced
1 Tb Olive oil
1 Can Diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion - 14.5 oz
1/4 Can Salsa


Instructions

Cook onion and garlic in oil in skillet over medium- high heat until tender. Stir in tomatoes and salsa; cook 3 minutes. Add fish, cook 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
