Summertime at Dinners in a Flash is the time to take food outdoors. Make a quick portable feast and take it to your kid’s ballgame, a concert in the park, to the beach or forest or just to the backyard for an impromptu picnic. Food always tastes better outside.
When transporting food, always be careful to keep hot foods hot, cold foods cold and transport them in separate coolers. Don’t forget to bring paper plates, napkins, plastic silverware and a blanket or quilt to sit on.
