Crunchy Wraps
Great for a picnic or trip to the beach.

Instructions
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each of the tortilla and top with a leaf of lettuce. Divide evenly the veggies among the tortillas and lay
on top of lettuce. Top veggies with cheese and roll them up. Cut diagnolly to expose their rainbow colors within.
