Saffron Bean Salad
Great at potlucks, showers and picnics.

Instructions
Prepare rice according to package directions. While rice cooks, put beans, tomatoes, and onions in a large serving bowl. Add the warm rice to the
bwol and top with vinegar, oil and cilantro. Toss thoroughly.
