Easy Meatloaf
Quick and easy. Meatloaf is a family favorite.

Serves 8

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 lb Ground beef - or meatloaf mixed meat
6 Oz Seasoned stuffing
1 C Water
1 ea Eggs, beaten
1/2 C BBQ Sauce, divided


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl combine stuffing, water and eggs, then blend in meat and half of the BBQ sauce. Form into 2 loaves and place in a baking dish. Top with remaining BBQ sauce. Bake for 35 minutes until cooked through.
