Mom's Meatloaf
Takes you back to your childhood!

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 lb Ground beef
1 Can Tomato sauce or ketchup, 1 cup/ 8 oz
1 ea Eggs
1 C Oatmeal or bread crumbs
1 C Onion, chopped


Instructions

Mix ingredients together and place in a loaf pan. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees. Drain grease mid way.
