Skillet Meatloaf
Pure comfort food - in a flash.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
3/4 lb Ground beef
1/4 C Breadcrumbs - Italian
1 ea Egg, beaten
2 Tb Steak sauce
1 Tsp Seasoned salt


Instructions

Combine beef, sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, and spices together and form into 2 thick patties. In a skillet over medium, heat oil. Add meat, cover and cook about 12 - 15 minutes or until done, turning halfway through cooking time. Serve with steak sauce on the side.
