Grilled Honey - Mustard Pork Chops
The glaze on these chops browns easy so watch chops carefully.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1/4 C Honey
2 Tb Dijon mustard
1 Tb Orange juice
1 Tsp Cider vinegar
4 ea Pork chops - 1 inch thick, butterflied


Instructions

Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except pork. Cover and grill pork on medium heat for 14 to 16 minutes, brushing occasionally with honey mixture and turning once, until slightly pink in center.
